Photography

GAINZ photography specialises in working with glass – glass is notoriously difficult to photograph. GAINZ offers photography services for brochure, website or online gallery use – GAINZ can bring your work to life.

Social Media Marketing

Navigating the complex world of self promotion on social media can be daunting. GAINZ offers a range of solutions; from working on behalf of the busy artist who wants someone else to ‘do it all’, to developing detailed communications plans you can follow.

About

We established Glass Art In NZ (GAINZ) to support and encourage collaboration and sharing of information to everyone with an interest in Glass Art in NZ – artists, makers, suppliers, buyers and sellers. The prime goal – to help grow a strong glass art eco-system in New Zealand.
GAINZ provides a Facebook community group for open discussion and sharing of information and resources by members – membership of the group is open to anyone with an interest in Glass Art In New Zealand. There is also a public Facebook page for information that may be of interest to the general public – such as public glass events.
Behind GAINZ is husband and wife team Scott & Catherine (Kate) Cornwall. Kate runs her own glass art business – Red Hot Glass, and also performs volunteer work for the NZSAG (New Zealand Society of Artists in Glass) executive committee, helping with conference organisation and is current Editor of the NZSAG monthly newsletter.
GAINZ is independent and not affiliated with NZSAG, but supports the society and all other glass art groups in NZ to meet our prime goal of a strong glass art eco-system in NZ.
